Staff Therapist (Full Time/Licensed)

Pennock Center for Counseling is seeking a full-time licensed psychotherapist. BONUS: $2,000 bonus at signing (plus $500 for bilingual ability) AND $2,000 bonus after six months employment for LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP therapists. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others while working with a dedicated therapy team in a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to increase the accessibility to mental health services by providing services to those who may be unable to find the help they truly need. Our staff experiences great satisfaction from their clinical work and from working in a positive, nurturing environment. This position offers opportunities for continued professional clinical growth and development as well as opportunities to mentor or supervise therapists and interns. Therapists work with a range of populations including individuals, couples, families and groups. Other responsibilities may include facilitation of community classes and groups. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with a team to enhance the organization through direct clinical work, program development, and community engagement. The center currently operates with a hybrid model, seeing clients both remotely and in person. Benefits include a generous PTO package with 20 days PTO/sick leave combined, 10 annual holidays, medical/dental insurance, continuing education funds, a matching retirement account and a flex schedule option. Employees may be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Project for direct Federal college loans.

Salary range:  $55,000 – $65,000 plus bonuses noted. Pennock Center for Counseling is a mental health agency in Brighton serving the northeastern Denver metro area. The center is an easy drive from almost anywhere in the metro area.

Half time position may be available with a salary range of $27,500 – $32, 500 and a $1,000 bonus at signing and $1,000 bonus after six months of employment.

  • A minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited school.
  • Current licensure issued by the State of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP).
  • Successful criminal background clearance is required.
  • Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
