I graduated with my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. I have experience working in a variety of settings, from literal fields (yes, fields) working with migrant workers, to primary care offices, to schools, to outpatient therapy clinics. I work with everyone, but my specialty is families and couples.
Because I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I take a systemic approach with my clients. However, I use a variety of approaches, including DBT, MRI, strategic, structural, CBT, art therapy, and SFBT. I also love to incorporate mindfulness into treatment as well. My clients have said they appreciate my humor and how I am able to facilitate the joining process. I see therapy as a privileged opportunity to get to know clients and walk with them on their path to change!
