Are you interested in learning how to develop healthy relationships and have more effective interpersonal skills? If so, this group is for you! This 12-week group is a composite of social skills training, assertiveness training and listening and negotiation skills, taking from the Dialectical Behavior Skill set to allow for an in depth look at acquiring the tools necessary to create more fulfilling connections with others while establishing healthy boundaries and clear, respectful communication with others. Join us for this Healthy Relationships Group introducing a remarkable set of tools that can change your relationships and your life. You will learn the following:
- How to communicate with others in a clear and respectful manner that respects self and others.
- How to be more effective in relationships, getting your needs met and respecting the needs of others.
- How to enrich your social experiences; to be more present and to elicit genuine connections with others.
- How to set limits and boundaries in personal relationships.
