We will be hosting a set of workshops for parents, grandparents & caregivers every third Tuesday of the month. If you attend, you will get tips on better ways to communicate, create a peaceful home, mindful parenting, teaching decision-making and building trust. Estaremos ofreciendo una serie de talleres para padres, abuelos y cuidadores cada tercer lunes del mes. Si asiste, aprenderá sobre maneras equilibradas para comunicarse con los hijos/as, técnicas para crear una casa mas pacifica, técnicas sobre cómo mantener la tranquilidad entre los adultos (para que los hijos también puedan sentir seguros/as y protegidos/as (técnicas de mindfulness), como ayudar a los hijos/as tomar buenas decisiones, y como reforzar la confianza.

Grief Support Group
No Cost

This four week grief support group will provide a compassionate place of healing to help individuals through the challenges of bereavement.
